I've got a peaceful, easy feeling...

OK. That was a reference to the Eagles. No particular reason. Just that the word peaceful is in the song.

Although, now that I think of it...Desperado...

Oh. Man, am I going on a tangent today or what?

I've been taking it easy the past few days. I have enjoyed the peaceful feeling I have felt. I'm not looking for it to go away any time soon.

And yet, I wonder. How long can this last? But I've decided not to marr the peace I feel by worrying how long until it goes away?

I've felt this before. It's a calm before a storm. So I'm going to enjoy it. Enjoy my kids. Rest up. Rejuvenate myself for the next step in this process.

I've been reading your blog and I just wanted to let you know that I am praying for you.
Enjoy the calm, Know that we will be here during the storm whenever it comes along.

Big squishy hugs.

Go see BandSlam.

It's completely irrelevant as a comment, but it's what I'm telling EVERYBODY these days.

Go see BandSlam.

[Not everybody gets the "x" and the "o".]

Enjoy the peace! I hope the storm never comes, but if it does know that you have a lot of people here to help you through it.

Ah Gigggggg...

I heard that song yesterday as K and I painted one of the rentals. Weird, huh? Me singing along even weirder.

I love tangents; keep it up!

hugs to you and the kids.

I'm glad you're doing ok for now. I was worried about ya!

Definitely go with it because it could last for months. You know the storm will come eventually, but you don't need to worry about it now.

Just keep swimming.

What?! HS gives you an X and an O? She never gave me an X or an O before. Bah.
Keep being peaceful...and don't think about Hotel California.
I know, that was sorta rude, huh? I'm sorry, I just couldn't keep myself from doing a euphamism or joke or whatever you might wanna call it. :(

I love the Eagles! Thanks for doing a shout out to them because as I was painting all weekend, the radio kept playing their songs. Anyway, I heard a quote today and just thought I'd pass it along to Beloved, you know, since he's I'm sure reading this (haha):

President Spencer W. Kimball explains:

“When the Lord says all thy heart, it allows for no sharing nor dividing nor depriving. …

“The words 'none else' eliminate everyone and everything. The spouse then becomes preeminent in the life of the husband or wife, and neither social life nor occupational life nor political life nor any other interest nor person nor thing shall ever take precedence over the companion spouse. …

“Marriage presupposes total allegiance and total fidelity. Each spouse takes the partner with the understanding that he or she gives totally to the spouse all the heart, strength, loyalty, honor, and affection, with all dignity. Any divergence is sin; any sharing of the heart is transgression. As we should have ‘an eye single to the glory of God,’ so should we have an eye, an ear, a heart single to the marriage and the spouse and family” (Faith Precedes the Miracle [1972], 142–43).

I just love this quote. It reminds me that we ALL need to be true to the covenants we have made. Love you tons! ps: have you watched psych yet??? hmmm?
